All i know i learned from internet, and i started from Feng Zhu videos ( watch them all, several times ), he is master teacher, and for free tutorials, you get BIG BIG bang for a buck.
Everyone that i asked for help told me:" just practice". So, i do it. I do not have secrets of my drawings, i am still trying to figure out much of the stuff.
On tutorials that will help you for sure, and inspire you, start with Feng's. Listen carefully what he says, you can pick up much much details.
I can tell you one thing: Learn perspective, lighting and shadow, and anatomy of humans and animals. Those are fundamentals you need to learn and understand how they work so you can really do well. I still struggle, and learn all of those.
